You fill out a short form — it takes around 3 minutes. We ask about the person who needs care: where they live, what kind of help they need, their funding level if they know it, and any specific requirements like language, cultural background, or specialist care needs.

We review your details

A WithSally adviser reviews your submission — a real person, not an algorithm. We draw on our knowledge of the local provider market, current availability, and any factors specific to your situation.

We shortlist the right providers

We identify Support at Home providers in your area that suit your care needs, funding level, and preferences. We only recommend providers we have assessed against our own vetting criteria — not every approved provider makes our list.

We call you back — within one business day

A WithSally adviser calls you to talk through the shortlist. We explain what each provider offers, what they charge in management fees, and why we think they're a good fit. You ask questions. We answer honestly.

You decide — no pressure

You choose the provider you want to proceed with, or you don't. There is no obligation. If none of the options feel right, we go back and find alternatives. The decision is always yours.
