These terms apply to your use of withsally.com.au and any service we provide through it. WithSally is operated by WithSally Pty Ltd (ACN 701 390 918 · ABN 86 701 390 918). In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean WithSally Pty Ltd, and “you” means the person using the site.
By using this site or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
WithSally is an independent comparison and referral service. We help families understand their aged care options and introduce them to providers who may suit their situation.
We are not an approved provider of aged care services. We do not deliver care, employ carers, run facilities, or manage Support at Home packages. We are not part of My Aged Care or any government department, and we are not endorsed by one.
We do not guarantee that a provider will have capacity, accept a referral, or be able to start care within any particular timeframe.
Everything on this site is general information only. It does not take into account your personal circumstances, health, or financial position.

You should always read a provider’s own agreement and pricing carefully, and get independent advice, before signing anything.
Our service is free for families. We do not charge you to use the site, to speak with one of our advisers, or to be introduced to a provider. We will never ask you for payment or card details.
We are paid a referral fee by the aged care provider if you go on to receive services from a provider we introduced you to. This fee is paid by the provider out of their own revenue. It is not deducted from your package, your funding, or any money you pay the provider.
Every provider in our network is on the same fee structure, so we have no financial reason to favour one over another. You can read more on our how we work page.
Not every provider in Australia is in our network. Providers we do not have an arrangement with may still be suitable for you, and you are free to approach any provider directly at any time.
When you submit an enquiry, you are asking us to introduce you to aged care providers. That means we will pass your contact details and the information you gave us to one or more providers, so they can contact you.

Most people who contact us are enquiring for a parent, partner or relative. If you give us someone else’s details, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that you have told them their information will be shared with aged care providers who may contact them.
We publish information about aged care funding, services, providers and facilities, drawn from government sources and from providers themselves. We take care to keep it accurate and current.
Even so, information changes — funding amounts, provider details, pricing, availability and government ratings are all updated regularly, and we may not reflect a change immediately. Information on this site is a starting point, not a substitute for checking directly.
Always confirm current pricing, ratings, availability and service details with the provider directly, and with myagedcare.gov.au, before making a decision.

Providers we introduce you to are independent businesses. They are not our agents, employees or partners in a legal sense, and we do not control how they operate.
Any agreement for care is between you and the provider. We are not a party to it. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, cost or delivery of the care a provider gives you, or for anything they tell you.
If you have a concern about care you have received, raise it with the provider first. You can also contact the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission. We would appreciate hearing about it too, so we can review whether that provider stays in our network.

The content, design, branding and code of this site are owned by us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Provider names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and are used to identify those providers. Their appearance on this site does not imply the provider endorses us.
This site links to other websites, including government sites and provider websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or accuracy. A link is not an endorsement.
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law:
Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant service, or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.
How we collect, use, store and share your personal and health information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
