WithSally does not generate cold leads or speculative enquiries. By the time a family is referred to you, they have been through our needs analysis — we know their funding level, location, care requirements, and specific needs. You are the right fit before we make the call.

What partnership means

Four things you need to understand before applying.

Qualified referrals
Every family WithSally refers has been through our needs analysis. They have a Support at Home package assigned — or are in process. We connect based on location, services, and care needs. You receive relevant families, not a scattergun list of unqualified enquiries.
Transparent fee
You pay a referral fee only when a client signs — a small percentage for home care, or a flat fee for residential placements. No upfront costs. No subscription. No listing fees.
No exclusivity
You remain entirely free to accept clients from any other source. Partnering with WithSally places no restrictions on your business. We work alongside your existing referral channels, not instead of them.
Vetting required
We review every provider before adding them to our network. This protects the families we serve — and it protects your reputation by association. Providers that don't meet our criteria are not referred.

We review every provider before adding them to our network. The criteria we check:

ACQSC compliance record — any notices, sanctions, or quality concerns
Currently approved provider status under the Australian Government aged care framework
Fee transparency — clear, upfront fee schedules with no hidden charges
Geographic coverage — genuine service delivery in the client's suburb
Staff employment practices — directly employed or labour hire
Specialist capabilities — dementia care, palliative, cultural and language support

How our fee works

Transparent, simple, and only triggered when a client signs.

Support at Home (home care)

We receive a small percentage of the client's annual Support at Home package value, paid by you when a service agreement is signed. There are no upfront costs, no listing fees, and no subscription.

Residential aged care

We receive a flat referral fee per confirmed placement, paid by the facility. The fee is the same regardless of which facility the family chooses — so we never steer families based on commercial incentive.

What we need from you

To partner with WithSally, providers must meet all of the following:

Currently approved as a Support at Home provider under the Australian Government aged care framework, or registered as a residential aged care facility

Pass our vetting review — compliance record, fee schedule, geographic coverage, and specialist capabilities

Provide a clear, written fee schedule with no hidden charges

Confirm your service areas and capabilities before referrals begin

Submit your interest

Email hello@withsally.com.au with your provider name, ABN, service area, and a brief description of your services. No forms, no portals.

We review your record

We check your compliance record with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, review your fee schedule, and confirm your geographic coverage and capabilities.

Approved — referrals begin

If approved, we add you to our network and begin connecting families with your services. Typically 5–10 business days from submission to approval.
