Families pay nothing. Ever. WithSally is paid by the provider, only when you sign.

This is the same model used by mortgage brokers, insurance brokers, and financial advisers across Australia — fully legal, common in service industries, and entirely in the family's interest when done with genuine independence. Our fee is always disclosed upfront, before any introduction is made.

Why the model works for families

Our referral fee is contingent on two things: the fit being right, and the family choosing to sign. If we recommend a poor fit, families don't sign — and we don't get paid. Our financial interest and the family's interest are aligned by design.

There is no upfront charge, no subscription, and no premium tier. WithSally is free for families — always. The only way we earn is when we find a placement that works.

How WithSally is paid

Support at Home (home care)

When we connect you with a Support at Home provider and you sign a service agreement, we receive a small percentage of your annual package value — paid by the provider, not by you. This is a one-time fee, not an ongoing charge.

Residential aged care

For residential placements, we receive a flat referral fee from the facility on confirmed placement. The fee is the same regardless of which facility you choose, so we have no reason to steer you toward any particular one.

What we don't do

We refer families to the right provider — then step back. We don't:

Manage care plans or coordinate ongoing services
Provide care of any kind
Give financial or legal advice
Replace My Aged Care — we work alongside the government system
Advocate in disputes with providers (contact the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission for complaints)

Our independence pledge

Independence isn't just a brand claim — it's what makes the model trustworthy. We hold ourselves to the following, every time.

We don't own, invest in, or hold any financial stake in any provider.
We don't accept payments from providers outside of the disclosed referral fee.
We don't rank providers based on how much they pay us — only on fit.
We declare our commercial arrangement upfront, every time, before an introduction is made.
