Is WithSally really free for families?
Yes — always. WithSally receives a referral fee from the provider when you sign a service agreement. Families pay $0. This is not deducted from your government budget.
I've submitted a form — what happens next?
A WithSally adviser will review your details and call you back within one business day. They'll talk through your situation and present a shortlist of recommended providers.
I want to switch providers. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us what's not working and we'll find a better fit. Your funding follows you when you switch — there's no lock-in. We can help you find a new provider before you give notice so there's no gap in care.
I'm a provider. How do I join?
